Charlie’s hard work continued up until his early 80s, and both he and Shirley left behind a legacy of quality and commitment. Their oldest son, Ron, who started working at Panton Hill Welding at just 14 years old, now leads the company with the same dedication. Ron’s partner, Heidi, is also part of the business, and their sons, Liam and Tyler, have joined the team, making it truly a family-operated endeavour.
